This fairly new cooking class is of really good value. Chef Harol thought us classic Peruvian dishes like ceviche, lomo saltado and as a dessert the famous 'Pisco Sour'. These dishes aren't too complicated, but they were full of flavour. Weird to say about something you prepared yourself, but it was the best ceviche and lomo saltado I've had so far, and I tried many more before in my travels. Also the place is cosy and the kitchen is spotless.
