This morning, Sat. June 8, 2019, I went to this Peruvian office to check in my flight tomorrow. I for some reason couldn’t check in from their web pages. My wife and I were received by Ana. She helped us to check in, assign the seats, and print the tickets for us in a very professional and efficient manner. She also gave us a phone number to call for the check in of our return flight. That was a pleasant surprise. We couldn’t have asked more for the service. Excellent. Thanks, Ana.

Our flight with Peruvian Airlines on June 19th 2019 was a total disaster!! I honestly don't know where to start cause they literally messed up everything! While breaking basic international aviation laws. First, while taking off, passengers were sitting with the seat back, in case of emergency we couldn't leave our sits. During the flight, the flight attendants were at the back THE WHOLE TIME! One of them passed throw the cabin once, but that's it! When we began landing, there was no announcement made to the passengers, were had our table open and my friend hurt her hand trying to close the front table, no need to mention that the passenger in front of her had his sit back. It's not over yet... We had our backpacker ruined, they broke the handle and we couldn't place it on our back. We spoke to the land staff and he had us fill out a paper form and said they will get back to us (no one did) we explained to him that we are backpackers and there is no way that we can keep traveling with a backpack that can not be placed on our back, he said that there is nothing that he can do, he added this words: "There is no one in the office that you can talk to, go buy a new bag pack and keep the receipt, maybe they will reimburse a portion of it" . I'm a frequent flyer with several companies, I've NEVER EVER been to a similar situation! So many flaws in the same airline, some are severe than others. I have the video of the so called "landing" where you can hear the flight attendants laughing at the back, ignoring the safety instructions during landing. NOT SAFE! NOT PROFESSIONAL! NOT RECOMMENDED!! On top, we just found out that the email address they gave us on the airport was not existed, even more, it does not appear anywhere else.

I had a confirmed seat on the flight,then arrived to the check-in counter after waiting in an insufferably long line, only to be told they had no seats. I went to an office in Lima to see about a partial refund. The lady there gave me an email address to write to. The auto-response email says they will respond within 30 days. As if that wasn't a long enough time to wait... They still have not written and it has been over 40 days. I thought LCP was bad, but congratulations Peruvian Airlines, you beat them in the championship round.

The WORST experience ever. Cancelled Both of my flights at the airport, after having us wait for hours. Missed all of my connections home. Now I'm stuck in Lima in some shady hotel they offered. Tried calling multiple times, just to hear they will call me right back. It's been hours and I'm still waiting. AVOID AT ALL COST!
