This shop is a delight for all charcuterie lovers. The prices are high but they reflect the high quality of their products. There was a fairly short wait the last time I was there but it was also a couple of days before new year's. I bought ham and cheese for a family gathering. I got two types of gouda, one with truffles. It was so good. So tasty but the truffle flavour was not overpowering. I also highly recommend their house ham. It was so good and tasty. It also was not too expensive. The person who helped me was so nice and informative. He helped me by cutting everything ready for sandwiches. The service here is truly remarkable. Everyone thought the sandwiches were delicious. 5*!

Classic French cuisine restaurant offering entrees between 50-60 soles. My favorite dish is confit de canard. Delifrance works with an ecological conversation non-profit out of Oxapampa to offer sustainably sourced products.
