I took the 4-hour city tour. There were two guides - one leading the Spanish speaking group, and one for English speaking participants. The guy, was very nice and friendly. However, from a tour guide, I'd expect more stories, anecdotes and interesting, yet unknown, facts. As it's Lima, no surprise, that for the City Center part of the tour, we spent quite some time in the traffic (both ways). Overall it was worth it to get the trip. Make sure to apply the sun screen as advised on their website, as in Lima you can get sun burn, even when it's foggy and cloudy (I learned that the hard way).

The 4 hour tour is basically a glorified drive around the city. Dates of when buildings were erected are approximate. Your entire group will be brought to a tourist trap to use the bathroom while you wait on people to shop. The English translation was pretty bad. You will get half the information as someone who understands Spanish.
Not worth it ..it’s just one of the vendors to offer bus tour... 25 for a tour without sophisticated guide and not even hop on-and-off is just overpriced ...
Horrible experience. We took the historical tour of Lima. Only one guide on the lower deck of the bus and least concerned whether people are able to understand the commentary or not. Despite people telling time and again to be clear and louder, she continued on her own with complete disregard to the protest from people. I will seriously recommend not to take this trip. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!
I had the 4 hour tour and saw so much of Lima. Twice we got off the bus to tour inside a cathedral and once for a quick walk. Tour guides speak in English and Spanish
Average tour experience. Audio commentary not clearly audible especially in upper deck.
Outdated information. In the website some tours are still available but they have been replaced.
