Historical place to eat in Trujillo, they just serve 3 different dishes: gizzards in garlic sauce, soy sauce and also fried sundried beef, all of them absolutely delicious. It's the original place where the gizzard dishes were born and no other has been able to reproduce the same taste. It's my must visit point every time I come to Trujillo.

Mollejitas. Chicken Gizzards. In garlic sauce or soy sauce. With yuca, boiled, or fried, and onion-chili salad. That's the menu. And some of the best mollejitas you can get in Trujillo!
Established a long time ago. Very well know in Trujillo. If you like Chicken Gizzards in a fantastic and delicious garlic and (I think) vinegar sauce this is a great place to visit.
