After researching multiple travel agencies offering tours of Northern Peru's vast archaeological sites, we chose Travelers Tours Peru based on their quick response and overall value. And, we were not disappointed! We spent 10 days with a private driver and guide. The driver, Leo, was not only a very good driver and kept the vehicle clean, but his overall happy disposition made the ten days together really enjoyable. Our guide, Cesar Castañeda, was exceptional. His knowledge of all the different sites and civilizations was really impressive. Cesar is a professional tour guide with an advance degree in tourism, and it really showed. Cesar also went out of is way to ensure that we were always taken care of - whether it was helping us communicate with our lodging staff or providing local tips. And, we received the same excellent customer service from Travelers Tours Peru, specifically Zumla Ruiz, when some of our plans did not go quite according to schedule. It is the support that we received when things went a bit array (not Travelers Tours Peru's issues) that really highlighted how outstanding Travelers Tours Peru and their representatives are at taking care of their clients. Finally, not only did we have the trip of a lifetime, but we were blessed to forge a friendship that we truly cherish now that the trip is over.

My husband and I had a week in Chachapoyas, Chiclayo and Trujillo, and are so glad we booked a private tour with Travelers Tours Peru. First, Jenny was very professional by quickly and thoroughly answering all of our questions. She created a proposed itinerary and was flexible in refining it to suit our interests. She was friendly and patient and a pleasure to work with. Our guides really brought things to life by explaining the history, and the local culture. Johan and Leo were humorous, knowledgeable, and fun. They had many interesting stories, and knew a great deal about the sites we visited. Travelers Tours Peru helped us to get the biggest bang out of our limited time. They gave us great insight to the history and culture of northern Peru, and the chance to meet some lovely people. I had a truly wonderful 3 week trip to Northern Peru arranged by Tania Ruiz. I was most interested in pre-Incan sites and Tania converted my suggestions of a few sites into a well-thought-out tour of many sites dating from 3200 BCE to 2500 CE. What a gift to learn about the early American civilizations. The tour guides and drivers were very professional and knowledgeable but also really fun to spend time with. The accommodations she selected were first rate too. There was sufficient variety with sites, museums, hiking, great food, and even time for my daily nap. Tania also arranged a short tour S of Lima for me to see Paracas and the Nazca Lines. It was also a great experience. I travel frequently and usually for 3-5 weeks.This company is among the best I have ever used. I recommend them very very highly.

Organisation zu Beginn sehr chaotisch, Abfahrt verspätet, zuwenig kompetentes Personal am Pier. Die Tour zu den Tempeln Moon und Sun mit Besuch Museum interessant, vorallem Sonnentempel, den Mondtempel kann man vom Sonnentempel aus bestens sehen da nur ein hoher Erdhaufen. Sonnentempel mit tollen Fresken und Malereien. Ausgezeichnete Zeugnisse vergangener Kulturen. City-Tour mit Kathedrale ein Muss. Schöne Altstadt. Chan Chan beeindruckend von der Grösse, aber mit der Zeit wiederholt sich alles wieder. Kein Vergleich zum Sonnentempel. Die Beach voller Leben, das ist Peru, pura vida! Die Tour ist sehr empfehlenswert!
