We were very unhappy with the services. Pick up was late in both cases (even one hour) and we also always returned back much later than promised. The agency assured us that there are tickets available for Machu Picchu for our date but when we arrived to Aquas Calientes we were informed that they dont have tickets for us for the next mornig. I understand that misstakes are possible but what I cant tolerate is that they told us to try to buy tickets for later that day by ourself, stand in the line by ourself and cover extra costs resulting from that by ourself (one more night in Aquas Calientes, train tickets), nobody cared and nobody tried to help us. Very bad customer service from my point of view. (After a long discussion and involving police, we got some money back.)
