Really good experience! No fuss! 60 sols for two people fixed price to Miraflores. Driver was very safe, car in good condition. No complaints!
Taxi Green is one of 2 or 3 taxi services with a counter just after baggage claim in Lima Airport. We took it as it was cheaper for 3 of us than the airport express shuttle (which makes more sense of 1-2 of you). It was a fixed price of 60 sols by card or cash to get to Miraflores. The staff member then directed us to a driver. The cars they use are modern black Toyotas. However our driver was really not interested in the trip and first refused to put the luggage in saying there was no space (2 average suitcases and 1 cabin-sized suitcase). When we helped load the car, he then hung his suit in the front seat so all 3 of us were made to sit in the back. There was no further conversation after he checked the address. However he did get us to the hotel.
Very bad experience, we hassled to 50s (instead of 60) to miraflores which they accepted. We then had to wait for 10 min before they gave us a ride. They explained us we paid less and thus had to wait longer.... No service!
Awfull experience, for the return we booked a taxi at 6 a.m for 12 pm. The driver confirmed, then said that he would be there at 7pm, and when we told him that the reservation was for 12 pm, he told us that there was a 3h delay between confirmation and requested departure time (plus he wrote it in capital letters in a very unprofessional way) . And finally when we showed him that the resevation was confirmed at 6 am, no more answer. Unprofessional, lying and very unpleasant. Totally not recommand it.
Was going to rate this 5 stars until our taxi driver STOLE 150 Soles & looked thru our credit cards when we left my wallet in the taxi. When I called the company they told me that Ruiz (Ruiz?) in a black car on April 11th 2019 at approximately 12PM (our orginal driver from Lima Airport to Miraflores) would turn around and bring it back. After an hour of waiting I called the company back and they told me that Ruiz (Ruiz?) was no longer coming and that he would take to to the airport. I then asked how the driver could change his mind, disobey his company leaders and just decide not to deliver a paying customer’s wallet. The company representative said I could pay the driver to bring it back to me (which made no sense, but I told her I would pay half of what I paid to get her and she and the driver agreed to the price of 30 Soles) the representative told me the driver would arrive in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting again I called and she told me that our original driver Ruiz (Ruiz?)had “problems” and handed the wallet over to another driver, Luis and Luis would arrive in 30 minutes. After 2.5 hours of waiting Luis showed up with my wallet MISSING 150 Soles & all our my credit cards in different places. It’s a shame these drivers cannot take direction from their supervisors. Be careful if you decide to use this taxi service.
