The store itself is pretty good, it has one of the best selections regarding audio hardware in Lima, prices are fair and they even have a senheisser official technician there, the only problem is its location, paruro street is not a touristic place at all, so if you are not familiar with the place, don't even come near, it's quite dangerous, especially if you're not native looking

Cuidado con esta empresa, mi cliente lleva horas a que les contesten por un problema operativo de un dispositivo comprado en su tienda y no le responden. Recomiendo buscar otras opciones con mejor atención al cliente. Cambiaré el review si lo amerita pero por ahora horrible.
La atención es pésima al cliente , si haces un reclamo tienes que perseguirlos para que den solución y luego de darla la cambian. Definitivamente no le recomiendo a nadie esta tienda.el dueño se esconde siempre. Los equipos son de difícil configuración incluso para los profesionales. Sobrevalorada
