Internationals, don't fly with this company. Their flights are always late and the have the worst customer service of any flight company I've flown with. Once I had a group of 6 flying to Huanaco. We paid for the most expensive flight option they had. Due to Limas traffic we were running late. We made it an hour before departure. The said we were late and that they couldn't check us in. They sold out seats!!!?!?!? We went starperu bought a ticket and they helped us by walking us to our plane that was leaving within half hour. So we managed to get on the starperu with half hour but lcperu didn't let us on when we still had an hour. We complained and they did not apologized for the inconvenience and now we are fighting to get our money back, which is harder to do than starting up a new business in Peru. They care not about you but only want your money.

Buena empresa aerea , he viajado muchas veces con ellos y tiene una excelente atención al pasajero.
Es una linea aerea qué empeso muy bien y por la mala administracion la falta de estrategia comerial se fue a pique siendo estaemp. 100%peruana es una pena.
Es una pena que algunos malos gestores y presiones de corte monopólico hayan quebrado esta línea aerea
Increíble, publicitan promociones y locales en Miraflores y San Isidro, y la verdad es ya no vuelan. Publicidad falsa y engañosa
Podrían ser más atentos en las llamadas.!!! Quiero saber el estado de mis vuelos y no dan solución al tema pendiente de las suspensión que ienenn. Una aerolínea con años de trabajo no puede pasar por esta situación es un fracaso administrativo q se haya pasado la compra del seguro . La inconformidad de sus clientes es en un 100% incómoda. Tenemos q comprar vuelos sobre valorados. Den una solución a la brevedad por favor
He volado solo 2 veces en esta aerolínea a la ciudad de Ayacucho. El vuelo estuvo bien y a tiempo. No puedo decir que sea una mala aerolínea pues no me tocó ninguna experiencia mala. Sin embargo, creo que sus aviones son antiguos y pequeños y deberían mejorarlos.
