Very nice hotel in Puno. Room, breakfast and service was above the expectation for the three star hotel i Peru.
Good hotel and good service. I gave it 3 stars because the breakfast was the same every day. Same egg and sausage. Some parts of the hotel were outdated, it would be nice some paint and maintenance inside the hotel. Ask for the room with a view, since those rooms are the best, smaller, but good water pressure. The rooms without view are bigger but water pressure was not the same. The lobby is kinda small, but they do have other areas, but they were dark and felt unwelcoming. Maybe led candles would help? In terms of location, it is close to the main plaza and main street.
We had a lovely stay! They serve a nice breakfast with a great variety of choices. The staff is warm and welcoming.

Great value for money, and in a great location.
Very nice place. Located very close to the plaza and cathedral. Beds were very comfy. Staff friendly. Bathrooms were clean but a little outdated.
