Our flight with Peruvian Airlines on June 19th 2019 was a total disaster!! I honestly don't know where to start cause they literally messed up everything! While breaking basic international aviation laws. First, while taking off, passengers were sitting with the seat back, in case of emergency we couldn't leave our sits. During the flight, the flight attendants were at the back THE WHOLE TIME! One of them passed throw the cabin once, but that's it! When we began landing, there was no announcement made to the passengers, were had our table open and my friend hurt her hand trying to close the front table, no need to mention that the passenger in front of her had his sit back. It's not over yet... We had our backpacker ruined, they broke the handle and we couldn't place it on our back. We spoke to the land staff and he had us fill out a paper form and said they will get back to us (no one did) we explained to him that we are backpackers and there is no way that we can keep traveling with a backpack that can not be placed on our back, he said that there is nothing that he can do, he added this words: "There is no one in the office that you can talk to, go buy a new bag pack and keep the receipt, maybe they will reimburse a portion of it" . I'm a frequent flyer with several companies, I've NEVER EVER been to a similar situation! So many flaws in the same airline, some are severe than others. I have the video of the so called "landing" where you can hear the flight attendants laughing at the back, ignoring the safety instructions during landing. NOT SAFE! NOT PROFESSIONAL! NOT RECOMMENDED!! On top, we just found out that the email address they gave us on the airport was not existed, even more, it does not appear anywhere else.

Our flight from Cusco to Lima was cancelled without warning because of "weather". It was lightly raining, and no other airlines were experiencing delays or cancellations. When pressed, the agent admitted additional restrictions are placed only on Peruvian Airlines by the government. Their airplanes are all over 25 years old, and they have experienced multiple accidents in recent years, which is likely why they are unable to fly when conditions are not optimal. The airline could not confirm when the next flight would be, refused to rebook us on another reputable airline, nor would they refund our ticket. The website also doesn't allow you to check in from a mobile device (but what good is checking in anyway if their flights all end up getting cancelled or crashing into the ground). Don't be caught by the low prices, this airline is a headache at best, and dangerous at worst.

Esta aerolínea deberia tener 2 opciones o cambian la flota que tienen o deberían ser sacados del aire Peruano. Son unos abusivos cancelan los vuelos cuando quieren: 1) Aviones destartalados por dentro y por fuera parece que nunca le dan el mantenimiento adecuado 2) el personal nunca sabe nada o se esconde para no dar razones de la cancelación del vuelo 2) los aviones no cuentan con tecnología para aterrizar en mal tiempo como LAN y Avianca. Mientras Lan y Avianca aterrizan en mal tiempo Peruvian A. Cancela sus vuelos y no te reconocen los gastos de estadia donde te dejan barado. 3) esta aerolínea abusa xq cobran bajos precios 4) esta Aerolínea es una vergüenza y no merece llevar el nombre que lleva porque abusan precisamente de Peruanos.

La escasa puntualidad que suelen demostrar en las salidas de sus vuelos es indicador de la poca seriedad de sus operaciones y del poco respeto que tienen hacia sus usuarios. A tomarlo en cuenta.

Me siento seguro y una gran comodidad u una buena atención
