I’ve been on other riding holidays abroad but the Sacred Valley ride was outstanding in every way. The horses were superb, every detail was so well thought out and we were really taken care of. Eddy was an exceptional and very knowledgeable guide. A memorable experience.

My husband and I have been all around the world, and our ride through the Sacred Valley of the Incas ranks as one of our most memorable experiences. Eddy was a fabulous guide, teaching us about the history, the food, the flora and fauna, the people, and the culture in this glorious place, and the horses were exceptional -- willing, smooth, well-trained. I highly recommend Perol Chico.
The most amazing ride in the world! Beautiful trail and well cared for gorgeous horses. Great hospitality and out of this world cuisine. Can’t wait to go back to enjoy this experience again!
Fabulous riding holiday from Perol Chico. Every attention to detail with the horses, accommodation, food, hospitality and acclimatisation to altitude for us brits! Definitely one of my all time favourite holidays - thank you Eddy and Maria.
The rides are spectacular. I will definitely go back and recommend it to my friends! I love Peru!!!
I have now been on 5 riding holidays around the world and can quite safely say that my stay at Perol Chico ranks as the best. The horses were magnificent, fit, well mannered and well cared for. The riding was jaw droppingly amazing. The accommodation perfect and our hosts made everything totally special. I would recommend any horserider to experience this adventure.
Great adventure! Very nice experience and service guided.
I have traveled and ridden all over the world. By far this was the very best of them all. What a fabulous and unique experience this trip was from beginning to end. Perol Chico, owners Eddy and Maria greeted us at the airport and shuttled us back to the ranch, a lovely welcome lunch and a education ride on the fabulous Peruvian Paso’s. We started our trek the next day that took us into the Countryside with quaint villages not seen by the average visitor, stunning landscape, people that are beautiful, hardworking and welcoming. As we progressed on our travels from day to day we enjoyed wonderful historical outings at different heritage sites that really added to the overall enjoyment of the ride. The lunches and siesta’s mid day in the middle of nowhere we’re alway a welcome sight for horse and rider a blissful rest. The lunch and set up was first class and Maria’s famous Pisco Sours always hit the spot. When we arrived in Cusco we enjoyed a fine hotel stay and rest for all to acclimate to the higher altitude. After leaving Cusco we traveled up to even higher altitudes, we enjoyed first class glamping near the most beautiful and pristine lake. The highlight of the trip for me was the Village we visited and the warm welcome we received by all in this village that otherwise never sees visitors. It was special on so many levels. The horses you ride are beautiful, fit, well cared for animals. The traditional saddles I nicknamed “my couch”.. the ride and tack was so unbelievably comfortable I felt like I was sitting on my couch at home. Overall, this trip that I have looked back on fondly, Eddy, Maria and his crew felt like family. I look forward to returning one day soon, this time with my daughter. I highly recommend this ride and cannot wait to return.
