This is a beautiful park in the middle of Lima's centre. It's like an oasis in the desert. The views of the city are awesome, also you can find the Italian art museum close to this park. A must visit in Lima.

Quiet place in comparison to the rest of the surroundings, you can always find lots of people and groups doing activities. It's\u200bguarded by several police officers all the time.

Good park during the day, there are many seats and open space to rest and walk, but at night it is quite dark because of the lights that are no properly maintained.

As an isolated park there would not be much redeemable. Since it has a shopping center close by, the services found there and it's centrality keeps it from slowly dying like some of the other public spaces in Lima.
