Horrible HORRIBLE experience! It is a Scam! I have never experienced this before. I trusted Jose Luis )who lied to me about the time frame, the testing, and the repair of my new HP laptop that I use for work). I was very polite the first two times that I had to go back for another repair (they did not fix it) and by the third time I asked for a refund. Jose Luis from la Molina said he wouldn’t give me a refund and to bring it back to the Miraflores shop for a third time and that I should be lucky bc most repair shops take longer. I only went in when they told me to. I only listened and trusted to what they said. He then blocked my number and I’ve lost 350 soles and I don’t have my PC repaired. This problem all started a week ago. I’ve never left a bad review in my life, but people need to be warned about Laptronic. They will blame the customer when they have not repaired their laptop and not issue a refund even after you have given them multiple chances to fix your laptop before.

Exelente profesionalismo y muy rápido
Muy buen servicio después de 3 meses sin poder solucionar el problema de Macbook en mucho lugares y encontré, por fin buenos técnicos gente muy respetuosa y agradable, que si solucionaron el problema de mi equipo y tienen el repuesto que necesitaba, la garantía que me dan es excelente, gracias Laptronic.
Excelente atención, solucionaron el problema de mi pantalla de Ipad Pro, buen servicio, recomendado 100% gracias laptronic , quedo como nuevo mi iPad Pro.
Pudieron resolver un problema con mi iPad que ningún otro servicio técnico dentro del Compu Palace se atrevo hacerlo. Ni el servicio técnico de iShop, que solo atinaron a decirme que la única solución era comprar otro, claro fácil de decir, pero habiendo invertido bastante de dinero en un iPad 11, necesitaba una solución que me cueste menos. Entra Laptronic, un servicio técnico estupendo, con facilidades que otros locales "mas atractivos", no pudieron dar. 5/5 muy contenta.
Buena atención, con garantía
