The best thing about this place was the location.. room service forgot several items and the building needs an upgrade.. the couple times I called front desk they were rude.. and the rooms aren’t that clean.. definitely not 4 Stars

I had a reservation planned for a trip to Lima and my plans changed for my trip. Before this I reached out to the hotel customer service to try to help my find a taxi from the airport. They replied right away and had Mr. Gutirrez. As soon as my plans changed I reached out to Stephanie whom she said to just let her know what the plan was and they’d accommodate me. I landed a day later and as soon as I landed I reached back out to the hotel and talked to Victor. He was very prompt about getting Mr. Gutirrez to the airport to get me. Victor and Stephanie’s customer service was amazing. The hotel it self is very beautiful and spacious. I was surprised by the price because this place is very amazing. I can’t wait to comeback, this hotel is definitely my spot. When you’re here there is a little patio bar to the west called La Bamba... good food and drinks. Ask for Johnny, damn god dude.

the hotel was excellent. You feel very secured when you reserve a room. the pool was great, a littler smaller but the waterfalls is a great decoration. the services is excellent, the staff is very helpful and friendly. the food at the restaurant is good quality. the breakfast offers many selection and food served for lunch and dinner is great, better than some dishes served in other restaurants and you get an amazing view of Lima and the ocean. Emilio, (one of the waiters) thank you for your service. overall, an excellent hotel and highly recommended for staying in the Miraflores district.

The rooms are not bad. The location of this hotel is amazing and the Miraflores district is very nice with many good restaurants around that offer amazing food. The bar and restaurant on the last floor offer great view of Lima. Breakfast is good and the service is great.
