The use of this Avianca office was a headache for me. Despite the fact that Avianca is one of my favorite lines to fly, the service here leaves a lot to be desired. The staff that looks after you is not attentive or smiling and they seem to be suffering a sort of torture when they serve you. Due to some defect in the web platform of the airline, I had to go to that place to change my miles for a ticket ... which they could not do initially either. I explained that their emails did not reach me despite thoroughly reviewing the SPAM folder and others (I consider myself skillful in the use of computers), and that they therefore provided me with a telephone number to call them and ask about the status of my request. They refused. Terrible service. ______________________ El uso de esta oficina de Avianca resultó todo un dolor de cabeza para mí. A pesar del hecho de que Avianca es una de mis líneas favoritas para volar, el servicio aquí, deja mucho que desear. El personal que te atiende no es atento ni sonriente y parecen estar sufriendo una tortura cuando te sirven. Por algún defecto en la plataforma web de la aerolínea, debí acercarme a dicho local para hacer el cambio de mis millas por un pasaje… cosa que no pudieron hacer tampoco inicialmente. Les expliqué que sus correos no me llegaban a pesar de revisar concienzudamente la carpeta SPAM y otras (me considero hábil en el uso de computadoras), y que por lo tanto me proveyeran un teléfono para llamarles y preguntar por el estado de mi requerimiento. Se negaron. Pésimo servicio.

I had enormous problems with Avianca on my last flight. Went to the Miraflores office to sort it out but they were rude and unhelpful.
Most un educated , disrespectful , trashy people
I had to talk to 3 different people in 2 languages, only to find out that they had cancelled my ticket and that I would have to pay 5x the price, if I wanted the ticket I reserved.
Worst airline ever. Lost my bag. No compensation.
