South America’s sole public monument to British Beatle John Lennon inaugurated with a free concert 27 years after on the day of his passing. Lovely memorial tribute statue to the late great John Lennon playing guitar to a circular tiled patio area reading "Imagine". Apparently, the young mayor of San Miguel at the time, Salvador Heresi, surprised attendees by singing and playing guitar with band Revolver at the Pacific Fair inaugural free concert, where the sculptor was introduced at the conclusion of the unforgettable night.

Perfect for climbing if you are a cyclist or also jogging up and down if you are a runner (I mean the road that was built in the mountain) the park itself is not so spectacular yet it is kind of relaxing during the night, at around 8 pm. It is recommended also if you are a skateboarder or BMX Freestyle, as there is a skate park just next to the John Lennon statue.

Este lugar tiene muy buena vista y chévere para pasear. Curioso nadie sabe porque está la estatua de Lennon ahí puesta.
