Perdieron casi la mitad de nuestra ropa, además la pesaron mal. Pesimo servicio! Aunque sea más caro en su hostal o otras lavanderías, no vayan a este lugar... They lost a lot of our clothes and we had to go back two times just to get our laundry bag back and there's still stuff missing - and pretty obvious things like 2 towels, shirts, etc. Also, the weight cannot have been right (18 kgs in 2 plastic bags?!) Do not go there, especially as a tourist, it's a scam and waste of money
