Hostel Jacaranda Inn

It seems there is 2 hostels in Cusco called Jacaranda Inn and Tripadvisor has mixed reviews. The one located in Santa Rosa is not good and the price is high compared with other hostels that are closer to town with better service. These guys don't care about their guests. Breakfast was never served on time, they were sleeping until late and we woke them up every time, even having agreed the night before a time because we had tours arranged and had to leave early. They just sleep all morning and apologize after. The other couple staying there arrived with us and left the next day to another hostel. During our 3 nights there we were the only guests (Airbnb) and still was an awful service. Cold water, dirty outdoor kitchen, zero hospitality. No lo recomiendo en absoluto!
