This hotel is a perfect place for a short visit of Iquitos. It's located directly next to the Malecon and the rooms offer an amazing view over the Amazon. You can easily reach everything you need by walk and the staff helps you out with every question. The breakfast that is included when you book a room here was really good. Fresh made juices, bread, eggs, fruit salads, tea and coffee. We really enjoyed our time her.

I often visit here for a beer or some food. They have a swimming pool you can use which is nice and clean. Staff are super efficient and friendly

People are nice and try to accommodate the best they can. Will say the only thing no hot showers. Everything else great.

The room wasn't bad (though I didn't figure out how to work the electric hot water shower faucet until after my shower). The WiFi was awful, which was necessary and for this reason we left after only one night. The breakfast was a bit lacking with cold eggs and poor selection. However, the lobby had a nice ambience and great views of the bay.

Friendly service and nice staff. The breaker was very good . They could improve in the cleaning of the rooms and showers.

A bit of Ritz in the jungle. This is the best hotel in all of Iquitos, Perú. Definitely has the best view. Also, the management is top notch, super friendly and helpful. Stored our bags here for a few days to take a trip into the Amazon Rainforest. Would recommend if you want a nice place to stay. The hostels in Iquitos kinda suck.

It's Ok but in need of renovation. You can tell it was once a top luxury hotel in it's heyday. My biggest reason for the score is the all night noise from the park in front of it. Beautiful view and awesome place to day-hang but it's an all night party zone for the local folks and they party loud and proud from 4PM until 5AM. There are plenty of other hotels closer to Place De Armas that are cheaper, nicer, and much quieter.

Great location, but not a lot else. Bad air-conditioning, no safe, no English speaking staff
