Had a great experience with this tour agency. I booked with their Cusco branch (inside hostel Kokopelli) for a guided tour in Machu Picchu. From the first time I contacted Nicolas via email, he was very communicative and answered every single question with detail. Once I arrived in Cusco, I visited them and again they helped me with all kinds of questions I had and finally I booked with them in person. After booking, I needed a change of time for the tour due to change in bus schedule, and Nicolas accommodated my request very quickly. To my surprise, I was picked up by the guided tour company when I arrived in Aguas Calientes train station and proceeded to walk me to my accommodation, and we had a briefing of what/how/when to meet the tour guide on the day of my Machu Picchu visit. Everything was super clear. On the day of the tour, the guide Hugo was very good in explaining and spoke very good English. It was also a small group of 5 people, very enjoyable time for all of us, did not feel rushed. The tour ran for about 2.5 hours. Hugo was also helpful in helping take pics and he knew the spots to take different pics. Overall I very much recommend to book with What A Trip! Very friendly, easy to work with, and very detailed price quote with informative itinerary.
