I have stayed in diferent hostels, and Tucán Hostel was the best, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff is always willing to help you with wathever you might need to make your stay an unforgetable experience, they know very will the city, since all of them are locals. I really recommend this charming and beautiful hostel.

The place is very new and beautifully decorated. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is super simple but also very good. All the installations are very clean. Lockers on the rooms are big, beds are great, blankets are warm and clean. Our room was airy and bright during the day and warm at night. The staff was SUPER helpful and friendly and gave us the best times. Check-in was fast even though we changed our reservation at the last minute. John was specially friendly and kind to us. I would certainly come back here. Thank you so much!
Issue with my reservation. I had to go in a dorm room insteed of a double bed room. Except this, it was good !
This was a great place to stay while I was in Cusco! The accommodations are nice and there is a lovely courtyard area, as well as another hangout area upstairs. The beds were super comfortable with warm duvets and the staff were AMAZING and so helpful! You can also book tours to rainbow mountain, lake humantay, etc. directly through the hostel! I would definitely stay here again!

Great experience! The owner was very kind to us and helped us with everything he could. The hostel is beautiful and comfy and it's very close to the plaza de armas.
