Had my last dinner in cusco here. Service was great, prices good, quality decent. I ate at places from dirt cheap to high end in cusco. Never got sick and always had a good meal. This one was on the top end of my list for solid "tourist" food.. Was the only place that grilled the alpaca steak right. It was moist and flavorful. Sides were a little bland in comparison. If you want a good meal to american/ euro standards this is a decent choice. If you want really yo have really local, try new tastes, or get away from standard " tourist" foods I'd look elsewhere.

Quite expensive and the food is pretty bad, don’t order the menu (which you can negotiate for 15s instead of 25 btw): the rice was not cooked enough and the pasta was really bad. The soup cream was rather good though and the small terrace is nice.

Service was very slow, especially for an uncrowded restaurant. Food was just ok nothing special. I did not like the lemonade very much either. The music was not great and was too loud for my taste.

I had lunch today and ordered the bife angosto, the meat was tough full of nerves and had a smell that it wasn’t properly refrigerated. It was supposed to be Angus, it wasn’t and at 79 soles I felt ripped off. I have an Animal Science degree from a California University so I think I know a little bit about meats. Be careful!!!
