My friend's checked bag was damaged so we filed a claim form with the airline. It has been 30 business days and they have not responded. Now I am forced to escalate this issue by complaining to INDECOPI and higher up at the airline.

Esta aerolínea decide cambiar tu itinerario de vuelo de manera repentina. Cambiaron mi vueloa uno en la madrugada y con escala y ellos simplemente te dicen que esa es la opcion que tienes disponible. No te resuelven nada. No usar esta aerolínea.

Pésimo, horrible experiencia, la primera y l última por ser línea Aérea nacional opté por mi vuelo a Cusco de vacaciones y lo malograron con su servicio ineficiente, prepotente y poco cortesía... jamás volveré a usar los servicios de esta aerolínea. Cancelaron mi vuelo sin ninguna explicación y cuando fui a reclamar me mandaron al diablo. Ya presente mi queja en l Indecopi, espero me puedan ayudar con esto.
12 vor Abflug wurde unser Flug nach La Paz gecancelled. Bei einem telefonischen Kontakt hieß es dann nur, man habe keine Informationen und wir müssten trotzdem morgens um 6 am Flughafen erscheinen. Es wurde keine Alternative, auch keinen Tag später, angeboten. Es wurden keine Kosten für Essen oder Hotel übernommen. Lediglich der Hinweis per Mail, man habe das Recht seine Flugkosten zurück zu erhalten.
