I had a fantastic time at the Peruvian cooking class with Javier as our instructor. We were a small group of 3 which was nice. We enjoyed visiting the market, shopping for our ingredients, and then prepared the dishes with lots of helpful instructions and information from Javier. There was a lovely assistant too which took care of the cleaning and washing and some of the more boring tasks. I wish cooking was always like this! The food was delicious and I definitely want to make it at home. You can choose between different menu options to cook, and either lunch or dinner time. There's also a quick option if you're very short on time. The class is great value at 140 soles, much less than others I saw online. You can just pop in and book direct. Highly recommended!

I was impressed by the food I tasted here in Cusco and figure out this great offer how to make this lovely food. I made lomo saltado, amazeing combination of tastes together. Will for sure do this when I get back home. I did also the chocolate makeing corse. So lovely to learn step by step how to make this from scratch and make your own pieces and also taste the original cup of chocolate how it was prepared to begin with, and also the vertion we know now, all made from selfroasted beans. So cool! Have to mention the lovely people offering theese great happenings. They are so full of patience and make you feeling so comfortable. Higly recomend them!

Had a fun morning visiting the market and then preparing Pisco Sours and a great lunch under the guidance of Javier and his team. It was really an enjoyable part of the trip.

Highly recommend! My boyfriend and I attended the Special Menu Class. :-) First, the chef (Yuli) brought us to the famous San Pedro Market to buy cooking materials! Yuli speaks English extremely well! She was able to tell us a lot about the history of this famous market and what we can find there - a lot of foods we had never seen before. Then we returned to the cooking school and started cooking. We made pisco sour with passion fruit juice, fried yuca with hauncaina sauce, ceviche, and arroz con leche. She even showed us how to present the foods. It looked do good! And it was all seriously delicious!!! The entire process was really smooth and professional! I loved this class! I would recommend this to anyone visiting Cusco. It is especially great for a rainy day! Thank you so much Peruvian Cooking Classes! I feel confident making Ceviche at home now :) Danielle

My brother and I are from the United States and have a passion for food. At first, the price for the cooking class looks steep but it is absolutely affordable and worth the time and money. Luis and Angie are the two who run the classes and extremely kind and knowledgeable. The class includes a tour of the local market in which you shop the ingridiants for the meal you plan to make and Luis has a ton of information about the history of the area as well as the history of various ingredients local to the area. The food was amazing however, at the end the tour of the market from Luis was my favorite part. If you have time please take your business to this local shop, you will not regret it.
