I didn’t like the car they offered since it had no wheel caps and had a few dents. The reason why I’m giving them a 5 star is because the lady at the office was super polite, didn’t argue one bit, and agreed to fully refund me even though I had a non refundable reservation. Also, the reservation price was very cheap.
Please, don't rent a car at this company. The cars are very old and they just give you a car that breaks down. We rented a car to go from Arequipa to Cusco. The pickup was good, however on the road in the Andes from Arequipa to Chivay, the car broke down. The fuel injection and combustion didn't work anymore. It was very dangerous on those roads! There was no cellphone signal. We had to leave to car behind and search for someone to take us back to Arequipa. When we finally had signal, the lady was very unfriendly and said that the car was perfect. She kept on talking about the car and that we couldn't leave it behind. She did not one moment ask about our wellbeing nor safety. She told us also that we had to pay for the car! This is unbelievable! If you want a reliable car and good service, please chose another company and skip this one.

The renting experience was ok but they overcharged for a part that they say it's under vehicle. I was very careful with the car. Don't get fooled by them that they will verify the car themselves when checking out. Check the car with them, take photos. They lied that for a small scratch they need to repaint the whole front which is a lie. I recommend that you should be careful with these bandits!
A rip-off, dishonest agency that will try to extort money from you in the nastiest ways. If you insist in renting here, read carefully all the paperwork, double check the car and don't let them take a credit card pre-authorization highier then stated in the contract.
I was charged over 100 USD for an indentation and a bit of paint missing on the inside edge of the front bumper. This costs at most 20 soles to fix in Peru. I refused to sign and they told me they would have the car checked by a mechanic and not return my deposit. Avoid this dishonest tourist trap company at all costs.
