Flight cancelled. kept us on the runway 2 hours. Missed connecting flights out of Lima to United States. Stranded in Peru another 2 days. They close. They do not have 24 hour customer service. They do not have WiFi in the ticketing area for us to contact family and other airlines to work out connections. What international airline doesn't have 24 hour customer service? Cusco airport closed at night. What international airport closed at night? They never should have boarded the flight if they knew the plane couldn't leave the gate.

We were attended to by Nelly (I think) and she was a fine example of fantastic customer service. She really lifted the LATAM brand in our eyes as we did not have the best experience when flying with them from Cancun to Lima but Nelly certainly changed that.
Worst airline ever. I would give them zero stars if possible. Cancelled our flight in CUZ after boarding due to issues with the plane and it became a chaos as it was evident the staff didn't care, specially the supervisor Luis who didn't try a bit to hide it. After more than 12 hours of dealing with them nonstop and uncovering their constant lies (e.g. the flights were all full), we could convince them to give us a seat on a later flight, not before having to ask repeatedly for a voucher for a snack due to the delay, which was given with an attitude. This all resulted in us missing our next flight and having to pay US1,000. Locals told us this is usual from them, so stay away whenever possible.

La atención muy lenta, pero amable.
Siempre voy a comprar mis productos en este lugar por seguridad, todas las personas son controladas que deben usar mascarillas y chequeo siguiendo los protocolos de bio seguridad en vez de ir al mercado que es abobinable como se juntan los ambulantes en las calles. Por eso veo y me siento mas seguro en hacer mis compras en este lugar
Pésima atención
Quiero expresar mi malestar... ayer 01 de diciembre promedio 2 de la tarde me aproximé a la oficina de Av. el Sol, donde me atendió una señorita, muy atenta, expuse que recibí un correo electrónico informándome que cambiaban mi horario de viaje, entonces la señorita me pregunta por dos veces si estaba de acuerdo o no, dada las circunstancia le dije que si. Me pide la dirección de mi correo electrónico, me asegura que está enviando la información de mis boletos con horario diferente que la misma empresa cambió, sin embargo no cumplió con tal servicio de envio, pese a que personalmente hice mi gestión, me parece una falta de respospeto de su parte. Espero se corrija y cumplan el servicio de enviar mis boletos por correo... No hay un numero telefónico al servicio que pueda responder al usuario, por ello me comunico por esta vía... Gracias
