Good and trustworthy agent. We booked two activities with them. First quad bikes journey which was very good and well organised but the real treat we got from them was personalised transport. First to rainbow mountain base in the morning at 3am which let us be the first ones at the rainbow mountain beating all the crowds and then our driver took us to soryapampa to start Salcantay trek on the same day. All of this for 700 soles which was by far the cheapest from all agencies. But I still think you can get it cheaper if you negotiate hard. All of this was arranged in the space of 30minutes a day before departure so pretty good operation ! We did the Salcantay trek on our own thou.

I had an excellent tour with Richard. I took his tour my first day in Cusco. It provided an excellent background and overview of the history of the city. He tools us to most of the sites I wanted to see in the city center area. He was very knowledgeable and made the walking tour fun.

A disappointment turned right side up ! :D I recently traveled to Peru alone and I had booked the MP/ Sacred Valley 2D/1N Tour through Inka Time. The night prior to my tour to MP I was greeted by Elvis one of the tour guides at my hostel and informed that my entrance ticket and my train back to Cusco were booked closely together by the company and I wasn't going to be able to enjoy MP in the 4-5 hour time frame that was promised on the website and my visit was going to be quite rushed which paying several hundred dollars for was not what I wanted to hear being especially that MP is the #1 reason most of the time travelers even go to Peru. Long story short, in the end Elvis very much went out of his way to make sure that my itinerary was readjusted to where I had plenty of time to enjoy the tour and free time as well as get back to where I needed to be in a timely manner. Thank you very much Elvis and Inka Time for caring that I did have a great time in Peru and making it special for me despite the mistake. Book the tour with them, they are professional and really do care that you learn about the history and have a memorable time.

We did the day tour to rainbow mountain. The pick up in the morning seemed very disorganized (late to pick us up, stopped outside of cusco to re-organize who was sitting in which of the two vans). I wouldn't have had a problem with this except when we got to rainbow mountain around 8:30 we were then informed we had to absolutely be leaving no later than 12:20 due to a road closing and therefore needed to go "very fast". It was also already packed with people there. We had gone from 11,000ft to about 16,000ft and several people were experiencing altitude sickness but the guides set a very fast pace which I think made things worse and also we were not given much time to take a break for a snack, or even just to enjoy the surroundings and take photos. It was very disappointing that so much time had been wasted during the morning pick up that could have been used for us to better enjoy the hike. We also ended up getting to the van at 11:45 so, again, we would have appreciated taking our time more and getting to the van closer to the 12:20 time. Overall, you get what you pay for... If I were to go again I would splurge to go with a private tour/driver so I could better enjoy the trip.

We went on a rainbow mountain red valley tour with inca time and we had really great time. This is one of the few companies that includes red valley in the tour what is great as views are absolutely amazing! everything was well organised, food was delicious for lunch.

We booked 2 tours with them and they were well organized and informed. We did private tours of the Sacred Valley (Chincero, Maras, Maray, and Ollyantatambo) and the Cusco City Tour. They picked us up on time at our hotel and let us set the pace. The guides were friendly and had great knowto share. They were more reasonably priced although not the cheapest in town.
