Great place to stay. In a quiet upscale neighborhood. Only thing which could have been provided is a humidifier, as the individual room heaters are dehydrating. Except that everything was perfect.

Very secure, safe and clean hotel in Cusco. We were very nervous about staying in Cusco, but this hotel made us to feel safe and secure. The hotel is in a more residential area, but they have contacts with reputable taxis who can take you into the city for 6 each way. In addition to this, they will give you a mobile phone where you can call the hotel once you're ready to come back and they will send one of their taxi's to pick you up. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Good little hotel. Best concierge I've ever met. A little bit far from the fun, but in a quite easy to sleep place. Will take you to the party for only 2 US anytime you want.

Honestly. Being my first time in Cusco and finding this hotel online, i couldnt be happier !!! I mean the service, 5 Star Service. Really polite, helpful, understanding, clean. Clean and modern building and rooms. The breakfast is delicious with homemade products made with local ingredients. The staff is also very helpful and attentive. The owner also speaks English and is very caring.
