Fair place to stay. Staff speaks very little of anything but Spanish. Remember asking for an ATM machine and was told if have to go by taxi to downtown. Later walking the neighborhood there was one two blocks away. Pictures look much better than it is.

We did not enjoy our stay at the Hotel. It is not located in the center of Cusco and a 25 min walk. There are so many other better options within the town center. The breakfast was not good at all and the hotel felt very cold and not very cozy or welcoming. Two times our room did not get cleaned even though we had the "please make up room' sign on the door. I've encountered a problem with the room and reported it to the staff and the woman at reception advised she will fix it and when we came back, nothing was fixed and no note was left why it has not been fixed. Staff does not speak English. I do not understand all the positive reviews. We were really disappointed. Also worth noting, that the hotel felt very empty. We only saw another couple once.

We stayed 6 nights at the hotel. Easy pick up from the airport was included. The light in the room didn’t turn off completely. It sort of looked dim which made it difficult to sleep (later read this in another review). This was reported to the front desk in the morning. When we returned from a day out, no one was aware of the report so we asked for a different room. Room cleaning was missed twice, and noise from other rooms was loud as rooms seems to share an outdoor enclosure which echos noise. External works to road are no fault of the hotel, but constant mud tracking through room coupled with missed cleaning starts to make it a problem.

Dan, the manager is very nice. We had some problem communicating with the clerk. I called Dan and he ask me to put the clerk on the phone. Problem solved. The concierges were very patient and thoughtful when we arrived. Everything you need was well-taken care. Really nice place to stay in Cusco.

hotel las quenas is the best place to stay in cusco! the neighborhood is full of friendly amazing people. if you stay at this hotel speak with luis, he was such a blessing and helped me and my bestie 100% no questions asked. hands down the best hotel experience i’ve had. also so affordable!! beats the more touristy areas ️

The owner seems to have changed as he is not nearly as friendly or accommodating as the previous reviews described the manager to be. He refused to take responsibility for an employee's actions (the employee confirmed cancellation of one of my two nights, but I was charged two nights, and the manager denied me a refund). Rooms had thin walls and parts of it were windows that connected to the outside, which resulted in lots of noise being heard.

Their service is great! They would treat you like family! Thank you Dan, Milagros, and the other staffs that helped us during our stay. Also I totally appreciate that sandwich at 05:30AM before we left for Machu Picchu and thank you for calling the taxi for us. I totally appreciate it and I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to travel to Cusco.
