At first the Alleyway to the entrance was a bit dark and intimidating but it's an awesome place, and the owner Julio is a great human. Nice views from the top floor breakfast lounge area, and when I was a little I'll for altitude Julio let me rest in the lobby a while, even though we had checked out already. Short walk to the San Pedro Mercado and Plaza de Armas, clean, and very affordable, and wifi and purified water available.

Simple hotel, quiet location, nice host. Breakfast could be better. Amazing view from the roof.
Good place to stay, nice people, you going to feel like home
Stayed for 6 nights. Friendly host. Very helpful. Let us store out luggage when we did the Salkantay Trek. Has hair dryer. Regular breakfast. No kitchen. I left my watch and I left to Arequipa. They found it for me, and with help from my tour guide in Arequipa, I managed to get the watch back.
Great stay. Super helpful owners. Clean room. Quirky décor. Lovely upstairs breakfast room with a good breakfast and nice view of Cuzco.
Pros: Staff was super friendly, they can help out arranging tours and buying tickets to Machu-Picchu plus they can get you a taxi to and from the Airpor. Mid-Size rooms which are very cheap. Breakfast was great. The view of the top floor is incredible!. There is a grocery store nearby which is a big plus. Cons: The Hotel is located in like an alley which tends to be a little bit creepy at night (and dirty). Also the roof of the rooms is super low ( I hit my head like 2 times)
Pros: friendly staff. 24 room great value for price. 4 English tv channels. Wifi works okay depending on which room you are in. Not right on main plaza so the hotel and street have a laid back feel. No peddlers nearby. Grocery store right across the street. You can order 2 fried eggs for 1.25 at breakfast on the fourth floor. Cons: leak in bathroom left the floor wet. Nearby roosters make sleeping in tough w/o ear plugs.
This place is a gem! The owner Hoolio is probably the best host you could ask for when you turn up to Cusco not knowing how to sift through the hundreds of eating, touring and adventuring options around the City. He took a good amount of time to explain our options without the pushy sales pitch that most hotel concierge do (trying to get a commission from the tour companies). The place is lovely and very comfortable and clean and breakfast is included. We stayed in a double room with shared bathroom - bathroom was just like having your own due to the layout of the hotel, very discreet and very clean. Couldn't recommend more highly
