I was really impressed with Exhala— of the three studios I’ve checked out in Cusco, this was definitely my favorite. No need to bring your own props; mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps were at the ready. We attended an awesome Vinyasa class on Sunday and the teacher adapted to all levels. The class was well-planned, relaxing and informative. The studio is absolutely stunning— it sits above a garden, has natural light and nice flooring and there is greenery that brings a sense of growth and healing to the space.
