Everybody of the front office helped a lot so I felt like home - they gave me ALL the info I needed in my 3 day stay - tours, places etc. The hotel is not luxury by any means, but they take care of things and clean. No heating or AC but not need to.Hot water all day long. Best breakfast I had in Peru.

Stayed here for night and this was more than enough. The service/reception staff are not very helpful or attentive. The hotel is very tired generally and barely any running hot water in the rooms. Eat out because the food in the "restaurant" is barely edible.
