The customer service is great. It is the kind of place where you get to experience more of the traditional living of this city. There is comfort, tradition, and a speedy response to every request. In terms of distance, you can walk about 10 min to the heart of Cuzco city, or take the taxi for only 4 soles to the main market or the centre.

This is a very comfortable hotel conveniently located 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, It is at the north-westerly end of Calle Saphi, so it is much quieter than downtown. There is a light filled sun room with a dozen dining tables and beautiful little terraced gardens with lounge chairs, as well as a social room with comfy couches and an internet station. Breakfast is included with great Peruvian coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh local bread. The staff is wonderful! Internet service is provided for each room, and I am sitting here right now looking out on the terraces with cascades of beautiful flowers. We have stayed here every time we have visited Cusco (many times over the past 15 years) and will continue to do so. This is not a 5 star hotel. It is a cozy, comfortable, hidden gem of a place to stay while you are in the Cusco area. Added bonus: Prices are very reasonable.

Hotel aconchegante, quarto e banheiro limpo. Café da manhã muito bom. Muito bem localizado, de fácil acesso. Com saída direto para o Vale Sagrado. Próximo da Plaza de Armas (aproximadamente 600 metros) e de muitos restaurantes. Você pode caminhar por cerca de 900 metros e chegar nas ruínas históricas de Saqsaywaman. Vale a pena.
Noi eravamo in 3. Stanza molto carina tutta di legno ed abbastanza grande. Molto gentile anche il personale. Bel posto a 5 min di camminata da plaza des armas.
