Visited in Feb 2020. Excellent upscale peruvian japanese fusion restaurant in Miraflores, Lima. Service was very attentive. Food was delicious. Ask for the macerados. If looking forward to having excellent food while in Lima don't forget to visit this place.

Upscale place, they have Peruvian specialties based on fish with a Japanese twist. Good ceviche and shrimp tempura. Outstanding service.

An extremely good seafood restaurant in a nice part of Lima. The salted chita, prawns and sashimi were all very high quality. Cocktails were also delicious. Dont miss this if you love your seafood.

Totally loved this place. Don’t be fooled by the restaurant’s decor, which has not been upgraded in about 20 years, or the lack of ambiance (which could have also been because of the late hour we arrived), this place offers incredible food. A must when in Lima. Definitely go for the Chita a la Sal with Crab Chaufa, and the buttery octopus which melts in your mouth.

Fantastic! I have rarely (if ever) had fresher and more delicious seafood. We had sea urchin ceviche, sea snails, scallops, and red crayfish. Great warm atmosphere, fantastic service. There are two entrances. Use the entrance from "Manual Tovar", as it's much nicer (and easier to find) than walking in from "Ejército".

This is one of the oldest and more traditional Nikkei style restaurant in Lima. It's flagship plate is Chita a la Sal.

Excellent service and excellent food. We are so glad we went to this place. They were very attentive and detail-oriented. The food was excellent. I had the Duck fried rice and my wife had the Black cod. Both were superb.
