There was a little bit of a line when we went to the land office but it moved quickly the travel agents were helpful and lined up some tickets I could use to fly on an airplane Lan is a pretty good Airline if you need to buy tickets on them going here wouldn't be a bad idea

CLOSED! As of September 2020, this office is closed (as is the American Airlines office across the street)
They will be happy to take your money for a ticket but will refuse to answer any questions about anything. They just keep telling you to call their call center and ask. Spoiler: Their call center SUCKS.

Poor Customer Service & they don't accept any form of payment there, even with passport & major credit cards. For payment you have to take a long hike to one of their partner banks or business so their partners can charge YOU their fees too!
