My father died in the Amazonian region of Peru. I have a young family and so timings were very tight to fly to Lima, organise the transportation of Dad's body from the jungle, arrange a cremation and sort all the necessary paperwork required to return his ashes to the UK as per his wishes. Dani, the owner of Funerarias Peru was amazing. He helped with all of this. He is well connected, sympathetic and incredibly smart. He has a very good English-Spanish translator which really helped and he knows the system and people involved in these complex processes inside out. I am so grateful. He helped me achieve the seemingly impossible. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is an absolute star. You cannot go wrong. I have recommended his services to the British Embassy in Lima. I hope they will pass on my recommendation.

One of the most difficult things you can go through is the passing of a family member. There can be no one more competent agency in handling the funeral service than Funerarias Peru. The owner went above and beyond all expectations in order to solve the intricacies of my family's situation, all in very little time.
