The worse airline ever. I strongly recommend you take any other airline. It is late, bad service, they try to do your flight the worse possible unless you pay more. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company

Don't ever fly with Viva Air! It's the worst airline I ever flew with!!! I'm sorry for the staff that is probably hated by most of the people who flew with them. It's really cheap in the worst meaning. They are only company that doesn't accept mobile boarding pass and they charge approximately 13 to print the boarding pass. If your baggage doesn't fit perfectly the provided cage (even for 1 cm) they make you pay the carry-on luggage fee. It's disgusting how they treat the customers

The worst airline I've ever used. The service is not courteous and tough. Seek to bite at exorbitant prices. There is no doubt that I never used the services of the company again, and recommends that everyone do the same!

WORST company ever! I missed my flight and lost 200 dollars because I did not print my boarding pass... they did not let me enter the plane!! Thieves
