Stumbled across this place as it was on the same street as our hotel! Very traditional Peruvian style establishment, an English menu was available. There were vegan options, we opted for a ‘gluten’ rice curry, and a mushroom rice curry. It wasn’t the tastiest food I’ve tried but the staff was lovely and the service was quick, the food was cheap!
Excellent hidden gem with a niche of vegetarian Peruvian food. A perfect place if you are a vegetarian but still wan to experience the unique flavours of Peruvian cuisine.
A wonderful place with very affordable and delicious food. I had a difficult time finding a place that didn't have meat or was super greasy. Mandala had soy meat and so many options. The service was fast and the young women working there spoke English, and we had an amazing conversation about the neighborhood and things to do around it.
