Don’t fly with LCPeru, they are unreliable and untrustworthy We had a flight from Cuzco to Lima with LCPeru that was cancelled and notified 65 hours before. The reason was that the Ministry of Transport and Communications suspended all their operations. We received a mail from LCPeru saying that we had 2 options: ask for the money back or change the flight to a future unspecified date (when we are not going to be even in Peru), we phoned the call center that gave us the same answer. So were left high and dry in Cuzco and had to buy a new ticket with another airline. Finally it was more expensive for us but at least the flight will be safer with another airline.

Una lastima el servicio, hice dos destinos y en el trayecto de regreso del ultimo destino, me falla el avion.. Que mas decir me perjudico en mi centro de estudios, no solo a mi sino a todos los que me acompañaban en ese viaje, ademas solicite reembolso y se demoraron mas de 30 dias habiles para reconocerlo. Una decepcion sali perdiendo con esta empresa en tiempo y economia.
Muy buena atención. Y rápida.
El precio de los pasajes es muy bueno deberían mejorar la frecuencia..

Hay ciertos asuntos administrativos que pueden mejorar. Son cerrados a sugerencias lógicas.
