This is stolen property acquired from an illegal transaction. Please do not stay here and support this business. This was my family home that was sold and acquired illegally. Unfortunately this is a common practice in Peru.

Nice views from the balcony and central position. The building is very elegant. The drawbacks are that It's noisy at night and you cannot make the room completely dark. Also it can be a bit cold, especially the floor.

Rooms are excellent, people at the front desk very helpful. I will definitely recommend this Hotel.

Cute and very authentic, lovely staff, breakfast wasn't great but the great service and happy staff meant it didn't matter

The rooms are noisy and don’t have ventilation (especially if you’re on the first floor), the showers have next to no pressure and don’t get hot; sometimes you can’t shower because the water’s “not clean” according to the staff. I understand having inaccessible water sometimes - I just think this could be approached with more transparency and accommodation.
We found ants on our sheets even though we hadn’t brought food into the room at all.
Otherwise the hotel staff was nice and accommodating the place just was poorly designed.

Nice hotel in tourist district of Arequipa. Good, clean and affordable. Street traffic is tough. Get a room off that doesn't face street.

Service was very nice, and breakfast very good. Room was clean and had all that I needed. I would suggest that a small heater be placed in the room; it was rather cold.
