The young kid as reception was really rude, and didn't acknowledge our greeting. Smelt damp and the room was falling apart. The door knob litteraly came off when we opened the door! On the plus side, the bed was huge and super comfortable!

It's dirty. The staff are rude. No tv in the room. The dinning are is dark and dirty it makes you feel sick when you eat in there. It's not a hotel it's a back Packers hostel. Don't go there. Go to the B&B across the road.

Walls thin like paper, unfinished construction and a dirty blanked (ewww). Only stay if everything else is full

I staid in a private double, room was great bed was super comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay. WiFi only seemed to work down stairs and not in my room.

Excellent experience, clean room hot water for shower, breakfast included fruit and coffee. Staff was very courteous and helpful, they locked up my luggage for me while I hiked Machu Picchu after checking out.

Excellent for travelers exploring Machu Picchu. Clean large private rooms at affordable prices. Internet doesn't work well after the third floor. Close to the bus station and train station not that Aguas Calientes is a large town. Large bed and decent water pressure hot water works best early mornings.

good bed, but hot water was hit and miss. there was a glass pane missing above our door. wifi is only in the lobby, and was on the slower side.

Cheap place, wouldn't recommend unless your looking for the least expensive hostel in Aguascalientes. The breakfast was a banana and a croissant with coffee, really underwhelming.
