I stayed there two times and I'd always come again. The family is so nice and the house is beautiful! Especially I enjoyed the big terrace with mountainview and our evening by the bondfire in the garden.

We came for a night and stayed for 8! Edgar is the man. Chilled atmosphere, but with a big communal table and Firepit if you want to have beers. Big parking for bikes or 1 rig. Glass windows in the room to see the jungle storms and wildlife. Community kitchen and fridges etc. Super safe, super friendly. ️

I just stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I loved relaxing on the balcony at night looking out over the mountains. Because the hotel is at the edge of a residential neighborhood it is very quiet. It's a great place for sleeping at night. There is also a huge hammock that is the perfect place to catch up on some reading. I didn't use the kitchen but it looked like everything was there for simple cooking. I did pay Edgar's Mom to cook dinner for me the first night. Otherwise there are some basic restaurants and shops on the nearby main street, but you would probably want to go into the main part of town to eat. It's about a fifteen minute walk or a cheap moto-taxi ride. If I had had the time I would have stayed a few more days.
