Very accommodating hotel. Comfort and happiness of the guests is definitely a top priority for the hotel. They provide a shuttle service to and from the airport making transportation upon arrival and departure very easy. While checkout is at a normal time (around 11), they will happily look after your belongings if you have a later flight. The rooms were okay, I didn't quite have hot water in my room, or I was not patient enough to wait for the hot water to come... (it was running for over 3 minutes). What makes the hotel, aside from the kind staff is the restaurant. The attached restaurant is absolutely incredible. I never felt the need to leave the premises to go elsewhere for food, nor did I want to. I would highly recommend the "Saltado Regional" and the "Juanes de 4 sabores". For those who like spicy food, you must try the charapita salsa. Definitely experiment with the different rainforest cocktails and liquors. Chuchuhuasi, llamayuyo, 7 raices, and so on. Amazing drinks.

Nice place with kind staff
It is 7 a.m. right now on a Wednesday morning and I'm at the hotel. The music from the dance club next door didn't stop until an hour ago at 6 a.m. The thumping bass from the high energy beats fills the courtyard of this hotel and penetrates each room. There is terrible soundproofing, sure, but this is just a miserable location for a hotel. The bass is so loud and so deep that you can feel it, and it went from 9 p.m. last night to 6 a.m. this morning. There are so many other hotels in the city. Don't stay here.
I stayed here for two weeks and I couldn’t of asked for a better place. The rooms where clean and so pretty with fans and air conditioning. The hotel food was stellar and the service amazing. The knew I did not speak much Spanish and helped me out so much and checked on me. Mi gusto mucho
We adored this place!! Comfortable and clean rooms, beautiful patio with the option of ordering from the restaurant or the cafe. Great free breakfast! Awesome pool. There are two parrots that hang out in the patio who will let you pick them up, and a white cat with light green eyes. Within walking distance to a supermarket and plaza for some shopping. Can get a little loud with the club music nearby on the weekends, but wasn't a big deal. I would totally stay here again! Thanks for the great experience!
Great dining location, beautiful setup, decor, staff and ambient. Highly recommended
We visited here a couple of years ago and enjoyed the stay much, however now end of 2019 the place is so poorly managed it is unacceptable. It starts with front desk employees who cannot put a smile on, a breakfast buffet which mostly empty during the morning, lacking utensils, and cold coffee with none existent internet connection and a shower stream which resembles an old man peeing. With so many viable options we will for sure not come back and it is a shame to see a nice place being managed so poorly. Stay away.
I have expressed my aweful experience with this place. Please go to any other restaurant cause you will be disappointed.
