Awesome place to watch skateboarders and bikes by the ocean next to the John Lennon memorial statue. We were fortunate enough to stay in an apartment overlooking the skatepark with amazing views of the beach and islands all the way out to the Jesus of the Pacific. Having lived in Los Angeles this is very reminiscent of Muscle Beach/Venice Beach! There are people working out on the equipment and apparently some yoga and fitness classes from time to time.
