Went there to get a blowdry and decided to also get a hair mask/treatment and go for a manicure. Not sure if it was because I was a foreigner, but I received below mediocre quality of service. My hair was constantly pulled and hurt and the lady absolutely didn’t care even when she almost ripped off my newly done piercing on my ear while washing and/or combing my hair. Having used the S 90 -jar Davines Nounou mask (they sell the same product there to take home), they have charged me S 109 for a treatment done there!! Manicure was also not an acceptable quality as I am not even sure the lady they have assigned for me is a manicurist to begin with. Left rough edges while filing, sloppy work on cuticles and lastly, quite bad nail polish application. Overall, the products they use (Davines for hair and OPI for nails) are nice, but definitely not their service. There are many other salons in the area, and I sure don’t recommend this one!!
