I kept being switched to different rooms and each one was dirty. And customer service sucked. The front desk agent was new she tried her best. But everyone else acted as if it wasn't their issue.

This place is beautiful and everything is new. The staff is very helpful and nice. Definitely I will come back with my family.
Spectacular hotel! The entire staff is very accommodating at all times. There is an infinity pool located next to a private beach. The views are breathtaking especially during sunset. There is also an outdoor bar with seating. Rooms are clean and brand new. The resturant is modern and bright, bar has some strong delicious drinks. For food I highly recommend the Arroz Con Mariscos and Lomo Saltado. There is definitely some high security to get to the hotel door which is a nice change. The area around is quite bare but it is the desert so this hotel truly feels like a private little paradise.
Un hotel nuevo con excelente servicio, acogedoras habitaciones, con acceso directo al mar, es espectacular. Excelente para venir en familia o por negocio, y la ubicación perfecta para acceder a los lugares turísticos de la zona. Sin duda el mejor hotel. Relación calidad precio inigualable.
Un lugar muy acogedor, con unos ambientes muy agradables y elegantes, que te hacen vivir una gran experiencia,su vista al mar es impresionante, que quedas enamorado de los atardeceres de Paracas. Y aunque estoy hospedado por trabajo y en cuarentena por la pandemia, no dudaría en regresar para poder disfrutar de su hermosa piscina, de la playa y todos los servicios que brinda.
Bonito ambiente para descanzar despues de una jornada laboral.exelente
