This is probably my favorite Starbucks but the upstairs bathroom always seems to have a strong urine smell, even at 15 feet away. I've been there 10 times over a 10 month period and it's always the same. I don't know how they do it... I don't go upstairs anymore. I use the ladies room downstairs.
