Very loud, very confusing. We were going to Jaén (through Huancabamba), bought the ticket and then realised it says different time (30min later than we asked for) , we were told that it was the departure time while the boarding is on the time we asked the tickets for which was a lie and we left 2hours later. A lot of sellers, people in the ticket office do not know even the basic information.
